Any additional requests for changes beyond these revisions will be charged at our standard hourly rate (minimum 2 hours), or considered harassment if deemed unreasonable or repetitive. Clients are responsible for providing clear, complete feedback within the first two revision cycles to ensure timely project completion and adherence to these Terms.
● Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 7 days via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.
● Cancellation/Refunds: Custom services (e.g., tailored consulting or content) are non-refundable once started. Standard digital products may have a 48-hour refund window, subject to review.
● All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, scripts, presentations, and software (the “Content”), is owned by Us and protected by Indian copyright laws (Copyright Act, 1957) and international treaties.
● You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Services/deliverables for your internal business purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership.
● We retain rights to anonymized case studies or portfolio examples derived from your project.
● You agree not to: misuse the Website, upload harmful content, infringe third-party rights, or engage in illegal activities.
● Any materials, documents, briefs, data, or content you submit to us (e.g., for consulting projects, content creation, or presentations) automatically grants Us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and store such materials solely for the purpose
of providing the Services.
● We are not liable for User-submitted content.
● We treat your confidential information (disclosed during Services) with strict confidence, except as required by law.
● Mutual non-disclosure applies to project-specific details.
● No Warranties: Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for purpose.
● Limitation: Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific Service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits).

● Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due.
● These Terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts of Raipur Chattisgarh.
● For disputes under INR 20 lakhs, arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation under jurisdiction Chattisagarh.
